Book directly through the official MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS website to enjoy our best available rates and exclusive offers.
If you find a lower rate on another website for the same machiya accommodation and under the same booking conditions, please contact us at info[at]machiya-inn-japan.[com] within 24 hours of booking. We will be happy to review the rate and arrange a price match if eligible. Third-party booking sites may occasionally offer their own coupons, discounts, or other promotions with different conditions. Rates that include these independent promotions may not qualify for our Best Rate Guarantee, but please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to review the rate and confirm whether it is eligible. *To prevent spam, the “@” symbol is written as “[at]” and “com” as “[com]“.
