Luggage Delivery Service: Start exploring Kyoto as soon as you arrive! Take advantage of our complimentary luggage delivery service. Our guest services team will deliver your luggage from Kyoto Station directly to your room to ensure (one complimentary delivery per guest for arrivals between 10AM - 3PM).
