Luggage Delivery on your Check-in & Check-out Date（THE MACHIYA KAZAHAYA）（THE MACHIYA KAMIUMEYA）

Note: The rates for luggage delivery on your check-in date & check-out date will differ. (Luggage Delivery Service available only in Kyoto City)

For guests who arrive at the MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Check-in Desk between 10AM ~ 3PM, we will deliver your luggage directly to your reserved machiya house for 500 yen / per luggage. (Guests will not be required to be at the house to receive the luggage.)

Check-in Date 500 yen / per luggage (tax included) Fee includes:
  • Luggage delivery from our Check-in Desk to the guest’s reserved Machiya House
  • Guests must arrive at the MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Check-in Desk between 10AM~3PM
Check-out Date 800 yen / per luggage (tax included) Fee includes:
  • Luggage pick-up from the guest’s reserved Machiya House, delivery to our MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Check-in Desk & luggage storage.
  • Guests may pick up their luggage at the check-in desk between 4PM ~ 7PM.

For guests who arrive at the MACHIYA INNS & HOTELS Check-in Desk between 10AM ~ 3PM, you may use our complimentary luggage delivery service on your check-in date (1 luggage per guest).
